This month is not only full of activity for our ministry, but also for our church! Why??? Because Easter is nearly here!
So, as obliging young Catholics, its time to remember our faith, and make an effort to go for mass! The mass times for Saint Ignatius Church are as follows:
- Good Friday :
1.00pm – Way of the Cross followed by Liturgy of the Word (English)
4.30pm - Liturgy of the Word (English)
8.00pm – Liturgy of the Word (Mandrin) - Holy Saturday:
6.45pm – Mass in Mandrin
10.30pm – Mass in English - Easter Sunday:
7.ooam and 9.00am – Mass in English
11.00am – mass in Mandrin
Besides that…
Because of Easter celebrations, there will be no activities (this includes Friday night practice and choir practice) throughout the first weekend of April for this ministry, as with every other ministry in the church. But do join us for our one and only gathering of the month on the 18th of April! It’ll be on a Sunday, from 1-3pm in Room 2-1 as usual.
The following Saturday, the 24th of April, will be our annual JYM Easter Party! Invite all your friends to come and par-tay with us at 7.30-11.00pm on the second floor of the SIC Constantini Community Centre. There will be icebreakers, praise and worship, performances, food and so much more! Although it is open to anyone and everyone, please do remember to register at the youth counter at the entrance of the church after weekend masses.
